I'm not bothering with Subfactions yet, but I included the keyword for later. I'm thinking something like only allowing 1 Experimental unit per detachment.
Ideally, I'd like to have some kind of limit on how many can be used in the game.
Some of the Experimental vehicles were quite difficult to balance in that regard. Wherever possible I tried to adapt the theme, concept, and abilities of the Paradox unit to fit 40k rules. The paradox factions need to be balanced on each other rather than any 40k army. I haven't decided on points values for anything yet. This is a first draft, comment and critique is appreciated.
So I went and started converting the factions in the mod to 9th edition 40k rules. There were so many fun ideas and concepts created for the mod and I felt it was a shame that nothing was ever going to come of it now. Some explanation: I was a big fan of the Paradox mod for C&C Red Alert 3 back when people were working on it, and I was disappointed when work on it ceased a few years back.
